• We sell handcrafted Banarasi sarees. Each item is carefully checked before shipping.
• Slight variation in color or design may occur due to photography or screen settings.
3. Pricing
• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. 
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity. 
5. Payments
• We accept online payments via secure payment gateways.
6. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are usually dispatched within [7–10 working days].
• Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances. 
7. Returns & Exchanges
• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or wrong products, within 3 days of delivery. 
• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact. To request a return, please contact us with photos of the issue. 
8. Intellectual Property
• All content, images, and designs on this website are the property of Arslan Fab.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. 
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
