Refund policy
At Arslan Fab, we aim to deliver the finest quality Banarasi sarees with complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
• You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
• Sarees that are customized, altered, or fall under special offers/sale.
• Minor color variations due to lighting/screen settings.
• Slight weaving irregularities, as they are part of handloom craftsmanship.
3. Return Process
1. Email or WhatsApp us at :
arslanfabvaranasi@gmail.com /+91 9682847095 with:
o Order ID
o Clear photos of the issue
2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable).
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Note: If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you may need to self-ship the item.
4. Refund Policy
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.
• Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Option
If you wish to exchange a product (due to damage or wrong item), we will ship a replacement after receiving the return.
6. Cancellations
• You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
